To strengthen quality management, YPCB implements the policy and objectives in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. The quality system is regularly verified through internal audits, ensuring its effectiveness. YPCB Commitments
Provide qualified products that comply with IPC-A-600 and IPC-6012 standards and customer specifications.
Ensure a 24-hour response to any quality or service complaints. Maintain active communication with customers and resolve issues in a timely manner.
In case of complaints about product quality, when taking measures to improve, please provide SCAR report. If necessary, we will send engineers to the site to solve the problem for customers.
In case of rejection of the product due to quality problems, we guarantee that we will take full responsibility for repair, rework or refund.
RoHS Compliance Monitoring
- 1. All employees are trained and familiar with RoHS directives and requirements, and comply with RoHS control throughout the whole process.
- 2. Incoming raw materials must comply with RoHS requirements and be accompanied by relevant inspection reports (if applicable).
- 3. Raw materials should be classified as RoHS or non-RoHS and stored in separate areas.
- 4. Regular weekly inspections should be carried out to ensure that finished products are fully compliant with RoHS requirements.
