How long have you been producing PCB and PCBA?
We have been manufacturing PCBs for over 10 years. We built our assembly shop and started the assembly business in 2018.
Where can I see the certificate for your products?
Our company has a certified quality management system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015.
Do you do it yourself? Or do you trust others to do it?
We are a manufacturer in China and all production and assembly is done in our own factory.
What documents do you need for production and assembly?
PCB Gerber files (created by PADS, KiCad, Altium Designer, PCAD200x, Sprint-Layout, DipTrace, SAM350...), BOM, Select and Place files, etc., We also accept samples for PCB copying and BOM generation.
Are my PCB files safe when I send them to you?
We respect the customer's copyright and will never make PCBs for someone else with your files.
What should I do if I find problems or receive defective boards?
Please tell us your problems with detailed photos and testing information, this will help us to offer you flexible solutions to the problems including repair or rework as soon as possible.
Do you have engineering support before production?
Of course! The professionalism and 10 years of experience of our technologists allow us to exclude almost any errors at the stage of viewing design documentation, as well as gerber files when starting the production of printed circuit boards. We will always give you free advice and recommendations on what needs to be corrected and improved so that the production of your devices is carried out quickly and without further monetary costs.
How do you ship the boards?
By air, sea or train, even possible combined shipping ways, prototype assembly or PCB samples will be sent by DHL/TNT/UPS/FedEx.
What materials do you use to make printed circuit boards?
We cooperate with high frequency material suppliers such as Rogers, Taconic, Shengyi, Zhongying and others to provide common and scarce materials.
What is the overall Dk value and Df value of PCB?

What is the thickest board that can be made?
5.0-10.0mm
Do you use blind and buried crossings?
Yes, our technology allows you to create 40 layers, connect any layer
Do you offer PCB testing?
Of course, the boards will go through default circuit testing, as well as functional testing or additional testing as needed.
Do you offer lead free assembly?
Of course, we provide RoHS lead-free assembly.
Can you install BGA?
Of course, we can install BGA with pitch more than 0.2mm, and we are equipped with X-ray equipment to ensure the welding quality.
Do you provide a stencil?
Yes, we accept orders for stencils, which will be shipped with your order if required.
How can I cancel an order?
